Basa9 Terms & Conditions — Complete Usage Guide

Welcome to Basa9. These Terms & Conditions govern the agreement between you and Basa9 for use of the platform. By opening an account or using Basa9, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

To register on Basa9, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false details is strictly prohibited and may result in the account being closed at any time.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed and any bonuses associated with those accounts will be forfeited.

• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for verification.
• After creating your account, use a strong password to keep it secure.
• Your login credentials must not be shared with anyone.

Basa9 is strictly for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to open an account or use Basa9.

Basa9 reserves the right to verify user age and may request proof of age at any time. Certain account features may be suspended until verification is complete.

Your account must be fully verified before making a deposit on Basa9. We support a range of payment methods including mobile banking, e-wallets, bank transfers, and cards.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (may vary by payment method).
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and any such transactions will be voided.

• If a deposit cannot be processed successfully, the funds will be automatically returned.

A verified account is required to make withdrawals on Basa9. Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the original deposit.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 300.
• Withdrawals via mobile banking and e-wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process.
• Full KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements.
• Basa9 reserves the right to carry out additional verification during the withdrawal process if required.

• The First Deposit Bonus is available to new members only.
